Last February, a group of friends and I embarked on a special culinary journey through northern Israel, searching for magical places, excellent Galilean food, and fine wines. We stopped in Rosh Pina at a charming wine bar located in a 150-year-old historic building, recently renovated. It offered a unique experience of exquisite flavors and breathtaking scenery. The restaurant boasted an impressive selection of high-quality Israeli wines, an authentic Galilean menu, and a romantic setting overlooking the majestic Mount Hermon.
Despite the challenges the region faced following last year’s war, it’s precisely the right time to visit and support local businesses, enjoying the fresh air and unique atmosphere. We highly recommend stopping by this new wine bar in Rosh Pina and perhaps also visiting a family winery in the area. Even without snow, the experience left us satisfied, full, and slightly tipsy
